Hello, I’m Crystal, the guide and intuitive heart behind The Mind Beauty Soul.

My journey into the healing arts began during a dark night of the soul — a moment when everything I thought I was crumbled. It was through Reiki, meditation, and metaphysical practice that I found my way back to the light. These sacred tools didn’t just support my healing… they awakened my purpose.

Since then, I’ve devoted my life to holding space for others on their path — blending ancient wisdom, energy work, and embodied beauty rituals to support your transformation.

I am the founder of Magenta 31, a women’s soul support collective rooted in sisterhood, vulnerability, and the power of shared healing. In this space, I witnessed how profoundly we need one another to truly thrive.
