Join Crystal each month for her very special Align with the Stars Sound Sanctuary, where you will be bathed in waves of healing vibration created by crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred sound instruments.

Each gathering is uniquely designed to align with the current astrological energies, incorporating specific sounds, scents, rituals, and guided reflections that correspond with the movement of the cosmos. April’s gathering aligns with the Aries New Moon, often considered the energetic beginning of the astrological new year.

Our May gathering helps prepare the body and spirit for the upcoming Taurus New Moon, a lunation connected to grounding, stability, beauty, and embodiment.

Taurus invites us to slow down, reconnect with our senses, and cultivate what truly nourishes our lives. This sound sanctuary will focus on grounding the nervous system, creating inner stability, and connecting with the abundance of the natural world.

What to Expect

A Sound Journey works directly with the body’s energetic field — often referred to as the energy body. This energetic layer holds our emotions, memories, and subconscious patterns.

Through study, practice, and guided exploration, you will learn how sound can be skillfully used to support the nervous system, deepen meditation, and create healing environments that are both safe and transformative. This Reiki Level 3 training focuses on advanced energy healing techniques including working with others, distance healing, energetic boundaries, symbols, tuning forks, sound healing and deeper intuitive awareness.

Guided by Crystal Moore

This immersion is guided by Crystal Moore, a 500-hour Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master devoted to the sciences of meditation, yoga, sound, and healing energy. Crystal specializes in therapeutic sound therapy within yoga, restorative yoga, trauma-informed practices, and yoga nidra.

Her training and experience span sound healing, Reiki, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, Ayurvedic aesthetics, energy healing, and crystal healing. Crystal is known for creating learning spaces rooted in safety, wisdom, love, and intentional presence, where students feel supported to grow, explore, and embody what they learn.

Sacred Sunday: Yin & Yoga Nidra

Reset your nervous system, connect with your soul, and come home to your body in this gentle yoga class.

We’ll practice yin postures and yoga nidra, combining them with energetic healing, aromatherapy, breathwork, meditation, crystal healing, and reiki/massage assists. This class will align with the rhythms of nature and astrology, creating a harmonious and transformative experience. This class is great for anyone who needs deep rest. So…Everyone!

Reiki Healing Yin Yoga

This class will weave in energetic healing with aromatherapy, breathwork, meditation, crystals and reiki. Reiki healing is a Japanese energy healing found in alternative medicine. You will receive hands-on healing assistance during class that encourages one’s natural healing through the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual body. Helps to restore the natural healing abilities of the body and balances the chakra energy centers for stress reduction and relaxation.
